We have an exciting opportunity in our Jewellery team for an Assistant Merchandiser to assist and support the Merchandiser with the effective delivery of the department’s strategy and also for the planning, controlling and monitoring of purchases. Ensuring that the correct processes and procedures are followed for the intake and distribution of merchandise for the purpose of maximising sales and profit in the assigned departments you will be responsible for delivering agreed business, revenue and margin objectives in your area of responsibility.
Considerable experience within a retail merchandising, allocator or retail analyst arena
An excellent problem solver
Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
Strong It skills – especially Excel
Exceptional communication skills and confident liaising with all levels within a business
