We have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM and Clienteling Executive to join our Marketing team here at Aurum House in Leicester. Working with The Watches of Switzerland Heritage Brand (Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb and Watches of Switzerland) you will be right at the forefront of delivering the key strategic vision of Clienteling, providing excellent support to our retail teams. This role supports the development and implementation of our CRM and Clienteling programme across all platforms and inline with the overall marketing brand strategies
Experience within a marketing role preferably within the retail / distribution sector
Analytical with great attention to detail
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Experience of budgetary planning and control
Results orientated with strong interpersonal skills and a positive “can do” attitude
