Retail Management Inductions
The onboarding and induction of new retail managers joining the Watches of Switzerland Group is designed and supported using a blended learning approach.
New retail managers receive a variety of learning and education tools, utilising face to face courses, e-Learning and hosted experiences with subject matter experts in showrooms. This ensures new retail managers not only receive core knowledge and theory focussed on being an effective leader in our showrooms but also seeing, observing, and experiencing what “good” looks like in practice.
All retail managers also attend the new managers induction programme. Allowing our new managers to spend four days immersing themselves in our brand-new support centre located Leicester. This allows new managers to meet our Directors and colleagues who support showrooms. All this allowing new managers to understand the overall group strategy and how they will support this as a Showroom Manager.
