Accounts Payable Assistant (12176)
Job Description
As the Account Payable Assistant you will form part of a high performing AP team engaged as part of a cross- functional working group with other stakeholders across the business ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
You will be responsible for work carried out to the highest standard and in a timely manner, focusing on Invoice Query Resolution and ensuring suppliers are paid to terms. You will also be responsible for month end reporting, volume processing of Stock PO and Non-Stock invoices, and dealing with complex invoice queries.
About you
- Previous experience within a high-volume Accounts Payable / Accounting environment
- Stock experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great customer service
- IT literate
- A good knowledge of payment processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of SAP would be desirable
