Our Virtual Boutique opened in October 2020 and has gone from strength to strength. We currently specialise in luxury watch brands, but the job is incredibly diverse, and we are very excited to be in the process of launching our Luxury Jewellery Virtual Boutique. The Boutique presently consists of twelve permanent colleagues. Collectively we have over 120 years of industry experience. With the success since our launch in October and exciting new projects on the horizon, we are in the process of expanding the team significantly.
As a Virtual Boutique Client Specialist, you will use a professional and positive approach to deliver an exceptional Virtual Consultation to clients via our websites. You will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills and passion for the business to engage with clients and colleagues across all areas of the business. You will be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude, delivering exceptional client service to all. You will play a key role in the Virtual Boutiques' success!
