Customer Service Advisor

We have an opportunity for Customer Claims Consultant / Customer Service Advisor at our Hallmark Offices based on the Meridian here in Leicester. Gathering information from our customers about their claim on an item of jewellery or a watch you will be utilising your excellent interpersonal skills to make the process as smooth and efficient for the customer as possible. With a positive “can do” attitude you will always ensure our customers have the best experience and solution to their claim.
