Our Deputy Managers are inspirational role models, who play a key role in assisting the Boutique Manager in leading, motivating and developing a team, in order to deliver the exceptional experience our Clients have come to expect. An ambassador for The Watches of Switzerland brand, and for the selection of luxury brands we work alongside, you will have an entrepreneurial approach and a strong background in retail management. Our Heathrow Boutiques are a high volume, fast paced environment which our teams thrive on, and our Deputy Managers exude enthusiasm for helping to drive the business forward with their impressive record of business development, whilst sharing their passion about our fantastic products.

About you

Fully flexible and able to commit to shift work ranging from 5.15am to 10.00pm, due to the opening hours of our Heathrow Boutiques and in order to support & drive the business

A natural flair for leading and developing a high performing team

A proven track record in retail management ideally in a luxury environment

Our bespoke VIP services allow Clients to book an appointment to view selected pieces, in an environment tailored to their own personal needs, as well as offering an all-encompassing suite of watch servicing and repairs.
