Job Description

We are looking for a Product Executive to join our Ecommerce Team at our Support Centre in Leicester, Carlton Park. 

As the Ecommerce Product Executive you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presentation and performance of our luxury watch and / or jewellery category on our UK websites. Your expertise in ecommerce merchandising, content strategy, utilising AI tools will help elevate the customer experience and drive commercial success.​

About You

• Proven experience in ecommerce merchandising or product content management, ideally within luxury retail.​
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of engaging, brand-aligned product content.​
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and optimisation.​
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and understanding of online customer behaviour.​
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.​
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.​
• Experience as a Merchandise Administrator or Allocator in a retail environment.​
