We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Concierge to join us and play a vital role in day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
As Head Concierge, you will support the Client Experience Manager and provide five star quality concierge services for the finest luxury showroom. The Head Concierge will pro-actively anticipate the needs of the client so a solution can be offered; personalising the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each client, reminding the client of scheduled events, appointments, constraints and protecting the client from unnecessary or unwanted demands by others.

Experience in Insight Development Techniques
A team player, who is analytical, highly numerate and results orientated
Experience of stakeholder management and working within a commercial function
The desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure
