Head of IT Operations (12690)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IT Operations to lead the infrastructure operations and service delivery teams. This is a key leadership role is pivotal in establishing a global IT service desk and aligning infrastructure & desktop teams globally.
You will also establish and drive Service Portfolio Management; working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that IT services align with business objectives and meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
About You
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in IT Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic planning, architectural design and roadmap development of hybrid-cloud, global infrastructure landscapes.
- Budget ownership and investment planning cycle experience with a proven track record driving operational efficiencies
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework, and industry best practices.
- Experience in building and scaling IT service delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop cross-functional teams.
