We are looking for a HR Assistant to join the People Team in our Support Centre in Carlton Park, Leicester. As a HR Assistant, you will provide a high quality, effective and efficient first-class HR administrative service to the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Processing new starters, leavers and changes to contracts
- Providing general administration support to the HR team
- Processing Credit and DBS checks
- Advising on Maternity/ paternity leave. Sending out relevant paperwork
- Liaising with Showrooms, colleagues and external customers by telephone and email
- Provide first line Employee Relations advice to the business
- Reward and benefits administration
