Do you enjoy building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders?
We are looking for a Retail L&D Specialist to join our L&D field team. The role will include travel to our showrooms across the South of England (excluding London).
As a key partner to the Retail L&D Manager, the Retail L&D Specialist plays a vital role in empowering our retail teams for success. Through the development and delivery of innovative learning programs, the specialist becomes a trusted advisor, coach, and expert resource for all retail stakeholders.
Aligned with our overall business strategy, the Retail L&D Specialist works collaboratively with retail managers to leverage available resources. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, they equip managers to effectively engage their teams and drive both individual and store performance.
About You
- Ability to be fully flexible with travel on a national level
- Experience working within a wider people team/L&D function
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills
- Proactive, and always exhibiting a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools
