Retail Operations Manager (3048)

Update: the new Showroom in Broadgate will still be opening at the end of summer 2020; however due to the impact of COVID-19, interviews may well be delayed by a number of weeks. 

Due to the continued success of Watches of Switzerland across London, we are now opening a brand new Showroom in Broadgate. Based in one of the most connected areas of London, we are excited to join the diverse and bustling community that attracts a highly successful consumer base.

We are looking for experienced candidates in the luxury industry who are passionate for watches and are enthusiastic to start their journey with us in Broadgate. You will be working with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry. The Showroom is due to open at the end of summer this year, but we want to get our team on board for induction and all relevant training by early summer.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of the store, preparing budgets and inventories, while supervising the team. The pace is fast moving and dynamic and you will be required to encourage team work, and to be energetic and creative, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions. 

About you

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask

Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills

Able to manage and deliver operating costs, and to identify suitable and efficient improvements

Highly numerate, with the ability to analyse performance and make effective decisions to ensure KPI’s are delivered

IT literate
