We are hiring for a new Assistant Manager (known as Sales Floor Manager) to join the team!

Our Sales Floor Managers are inspirational role models who play a key role assisting in motivating and developing a team to deliver the exceptional experience our clients have come to expect. An ambassador for Watches of Switzerland you will have an entrepreneurial approach and a strong background in retail. An impressive record of business development and excellent people skills you will help to drive the business forward and share your passion about our fantastic products.

About you

• A proven track record in retail management ideally in a luxury environment
• Experience of mentoring and coaching a high performing sales teams
• Experience of managing a back office team and operational processes
• Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• People, sales and client focused delivering an exceptional customer service to all
