Job Description
Our Aftersales Managers are committed and client-focused leaders who play a vital role in supporting our Showroom Managers and Directors in delivering an exceptional aftercare experience. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will bring strong leadership, retail expertise, and product knowledge to ensure every client interaction reflects the luxury experience we are known for.
With a passion for excellence and a collaborative, hands-on approach, you will support, guide, and develop the Aftersales team to meet business objectives and uphold the highest company standards.
About you
- Experience of leading a team to deliver operational excellence, measured by KPIs and targets
- Experience of coaching or helping others to develop and improve performance
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate improvements to processes and operational efficiency
- IT literate and experience of delivering administration tasks through company systems and processes
- Experience of learning systems, processes and procedures to use them to a high standard
