As the Brand Partnership Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of a strategic brand partnership programme across our Group and partner brands, identifying opportunities to drive commercial growth, support partner objectives, enhance marketing effectiveness and create mutual value.
You will build and manage strong relationships with partner brands and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of partnerships from opportunity identification through to activation, optimisation and performance reporting. Working collaboratively with Marketing, eCommerce, Buying and Retail teams, you will ensure all partnership activity is delivered effectively, reflects our brand values and achieves measurable results, including income generation and customer acquisition. Managing multiple partner plans simultaneously, you will apply strong commercial acumen, account management expertise and project management skills to influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
