We are looking for a Client Executive to join our growing Virtual Boutique team based in our Leicester Support Centre. This job would suit someone with great written and people skills. Your role will be to liaise with existing and potential clients by live chat, telephone, and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.
We're looking for natural problem-solvers with the ability to relay information clearly to ensure the best possible client experience. As a Client Executive you will be the first point of contact and could possibly be the only contact a client has with us, so it's important that you make the experience as positive and memorable as possible.
About You
- Passionate about delivering an amazing client experience
- Experience in a client service environment
- Incredibly organised and detail-orientated, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and high-energy attitude
