Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Watch Merchandising UK to join The Watches of Switzerland Group. You will lead you team to deliver outstanding results by developing relevant strategies to bring out the best in each individual; coaching and developing multiple direct reports; ensuring that each individual has the opportunity to be performance managed for outstanding delivery of results.
You will be required to communicate effectively across the business, influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally and embrace and drive client-centric process throughout the business and demonstrate the ability to manage change and facilitate positive and effective change within the team.
About You
- Considerable experience within a retail Merchandising arena
- Experience at operating and communicating up to Board level
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Evidence of working within a budget whilst still trading profit opportunities
- Ability to demonstrate strong strategic/analytical skills ▪ Evidence of leading, managing, coaching and developing multiple direct reports/ teams to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Understanding & delivery of brand alignment processes/portfolio management
