As the HR Advisor you will support the Head of Employee Relations in planning and implementing key employee relations processes, policies, programmes and tools, and ensuring that policies and procedures are relevant and up-to-date and applied consistently and fairly across the Group. The main focus of the role is to give commercially focused, expert advice to your stakeholder group and provide clear interpretation of (and contribute to the evolution of) HR policy on a wide range of subjects including discipline and grievance, performance, absence management and data subject access requests. The role is also integral to building the confidence of leaders in employee relations to enable them to make informed decisions and achieve operational goals.
