Job Description

About You

• Previous experience of working within a HR Function supporting managers with Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working and occupational health referrals​
• Experience of conduct and capability processes up to and including final written warning​
• Previous experience of working with data to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations​
• Comfortable using MS office tools including Co-Pilot and AI agents in the workplace​
• Able to build presentations and reports to share data and insights with impact which generates action​
• Confident in facilitating discussions with small groups of managers to help build capability in adopting and using tools​
• Passion for understanding culture, capability and engagement and providing excellent client service to support managers in shaping the colleague experience​​

Watches of Switzerland Group has moved our headquarters to a new, state-of-the-art office in Carlton Park, Leicester. The new 75,000 square foot office is located just outside of Leicester city centre and is home to over 500 employees. Surrounded by 32 acres of woodlands with facilities such as a mini market, team lounges, a multi-faith room and a parent room.
