Pre-Owned Buyer Client Specialist (13225)
Job Description
We are looking for a Pre Owned Buyer Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique in London. You will work as part of a close‑knit team to assess watches submitted through our Virtual Boutique “Sell Your Watch” service, creating initial offers and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
You will lead your own client consultations, convert offers through to completed intake, and promote part‑exchange opportunities where appropriate. You will also support Virtual Boutique colleagues by providing offers, managing the online self‑service form, and undertaking product consultations in line with service demand.
About You
- Knowledge of Swiss watches and brands
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with pre-owned Swiss watches.
- Self-motivated, positive, and proactive
- Knowledge of the current pre-owned watch market
- Target orientated and able to deliver outstanding results as part of a team.
- IT literate (including proficiency in Microsoft Office) and comfortable picking up new systems.
