Rolex Quick Service Technician (13582)

Job Description

As a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician, you will be the showroom's technical aftercare expert, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the client journey. You will assess timepieces, carry out approved technical interventions, provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements, and ensure a seamless experience from intake through to collection.

Working closely with clients, colleagues, watchmakers, and Rolex service centres, you will uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and luxury service while contributing to aftercare performance and building lasting client relationships.

About You

Excellent communication skills
Manage clients queries with empathy and professionalism
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Good manual dexterity
Craft curious – background in a detailed process led manual craft as a profession, study or hobby (engineering, electronics, art, textiles, music etc)
Happy to work out of hours for VIP events
Willing to train in remote locations within the UK
