Job Description

Our Watch Technicians are passionate about what they do! A team player with a keen eye for detail and delivering excellent customer service you will provide an onsite minor watch repair and adjustment service in our Watches of Switzerland Showroom. You will also consult with customers and team members alike regarding product information and knowledge to support watch sales through all brands.

About you

• Experience of battery changes and reseals on relevant watch brands
• Watch bracelet and strap adjustments
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A great communicator with a natural flair for striking up conversation to assist with watch sales
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• Administration experience with a keen eye for detail
• A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile

Watches of Switzerland Group has moved our headquarters to a new, state-of-the-art office in Carlton Park, Leicester. The new 75,000 square foot office is located just outside of Leicester city centre and is home to over 500 employees. Surrounded by 32 acres of woodlands with facilities such as a mini market, team lounges, a multi-faith room and a parent room.
